HitTrax, I just wanted to make a comment to you. I've dealt with a few other MIDI companies recently & I have to tell you that your Customer Support is far superior than any other company out there. John has been the support rep I've dealt with & he's been patient & very helpful. Your product is also superior. This comment is a result of poor support from another company based out of my own town - I asked for help & was basically told "sorry, you lose". Of course I had to tell them that I get much better support from a company half way around the world than from someone 10 minutes away! (That didn't sit well!) Thank you for both the great support & product! Keep up the good work!
